Oregon’s Uniform Statewide Collection List

The uniform statewide collection list will establish which materials will be collected in on-route commingled recycling programs (curbside) and which materials will be collected at recycling depots. Therefore, drop-off locations may accept additional materials that may not be appropriate for curbside collection. The list established includes both the materials identified by the commission as suitable for commingled recycling and any covered products proposed by a PRO for addition to the uniform statewide collection list in a producer responsibility program plan approved by the department.
